Day #3 - Bombers Finish Strong At Final Day At State

The Ballard wrestling team put five wrestlers on the medal stand Saturday night at the final day of the State Wrestling Tournament.  Jarrett Miller, Tate Battani, and Seth Moore all won their matches earlier in the afternoon and placed 7th in the tournament.  Skyler Noftsger and Ben Lee finished as runners-up losing in the championship round to the number one ranked wrestlers in their weights.  The Bombers finished in 5th place in the team standings.

The Bombers season comes to an end.  They finish the season 17-8 in duals, Raccoon River Conference champions, sectional champions, district champions, and they sent eight wrestlers to the state wrestling tournament.
