Bombers Knock Out Toreadors In District Semis
Ballard Defeats Boone 11-1

The Ballard baseball team make it 3 for 3 over Boone this season defeating the Toreadors 11-1 in the district semifinals. Jayden Cattell and Jakson Fleischmann each had three hits on the night and drove in one. Jaden Peasley and Eli Rouse had two hits and Peasley drove in two with a homerun.
Rouse went the distance for the win. He allowed one run on four hits and struck out 11 on the night.
With the win, the Bombers improve to 19-10 (13-3) on the season.
The Bombers are back in action on Monday, July 11 when they travel to #9 Independence to play in the district final. The game will start at 7:00 PM.
