Bio
Coach Kayla Evans is excited to serve as the Head Dance Team Coach at Ballard. She brings 17 years of dance training and experience, having trained through Ankeny Dance, Amy’s School of Dance, the Ballard Dance Team, and Grand View University. Her diverse background has provided her with a strong foundation in both performance and leadership.
For the past three years, Coach Evans has shared her passion for dance as an instructor at Amy’s School of Dance, helping young dancers develop their skills and confidence. In addition to her coaching responsibilities, she is a Special Education teacher at Ballard High School, where she is dedicated to supporting student success in the classroom.
As a former Ballard Dance Team member, Coach Evans is honored to continue the program’s proud tradition. She looks forward to working with Ballard’s talented student-athletes and building upon the strong legacy of excellence established by those who came before her. Go Bombers!
