Bombers Improve to 14–0 with Convincing Home Win
#1 Ballard Defeats Carlisle 98-42
The Ballard men's basketball team put together a dominant performance Tuesday night in the Hangar, rolling past Carlisle 98–42 to remain unbeaten on the season.
The Bombers wasted no time setting the tone, erupting for 33 first-quarter points while holding Carlisle to 12. Ballard continued to apply pressure on both ends of the floor in the second quarter, outscoring the Wildcats 28–10 to take a commanding 61–22 lead into halftime.
Ballard maintained control coming out of the break, using balanced scoring and an up-tempo attack to extend the margin. The Bombers added 19 points in the third quarter while limiting Carlisle to 10, showcasing defensive intensity and depth across the lineup.
The fourth quarter mirrored the rest of the night, as Ballard continued to push the pace and execute offensively. An 18–10 final period capped the lopsided victory and highlighted the Bombers' ability to sustain energy and focus for all four quarters.
With the win, Ballard improves to 14–0 overall and 11–0 in conference play.
The Bombers now turn their attention to a marquee road matchup on Friday night, traveling to No. 4 ADM with varsity action scheduled for a 7:30 PM tip.
