Josephson Leads Bombers to Victory with Medalist Honors
Ballard Defeats Bondurant-Farrar 154-201
The Ballard men's golf team opened its week with a strong performance Tuesday, hosting Bondurant-Farrar at Ballard Golf and Country Club despite chilly early-season conditions. Battling cold temperatures throughout the round, Ballard showed depth and consistency across its lineup, finishing with a team score of 154 to comfortably defeat Bondurant-Farrar's 201.
Sophomore Rowan Josephson led the way for the Bombers, earning medalist honors with an impressive 37. Teammate Jamin Colvin, also a sophomore, followed closely behind as runner-up with a 38, giving Ballard the top two individual finishes on the day.
Senior Drake Hosteng added a 39 to secure third place, while juniors Alex Weeks and Parker Domino each carded rounds of 40 to tie for fourth. Riley Dingel rounded out the varsity scoring with a 43.
Ballard will look to carry that momentum into its next competition on Thursday, April 9, as the Bombers travel to compete in the Nevada Tournament, scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.
