Bomber Soccer Celebrates All-Conference Selections
Eight Named To The Team
Eight members of the Ballard men's soccer team were recognized by conference coaches with selections to the 2026 Raccoon River Conference All-Conference teams.
Junior Thomas Anderson was named First Team All-Conference, while Rylan Martin, Isaac Swisher, Grant Bartlett, Caden Van Pelt, and Jason Badillo earned Second Team All-Conference honors. Junior Nick Hiatt and junior Hayden Neer were selected as Honorable Mention All-Conference performers.
Anderson's First Team selection came after an outstanding junior campaign in which he was one of the Bombers' most productive offensive players. He finished the season with eight goals and four assists, totaling 20 points while starting all 17 matches. Anderson's ability to create chances for both himself and his teammates helped make Ballard one of the conference's most dangerous attacking teams.
Sophomore Rylan Martin earned Second Team honors after leading the Bombers in scoring. Martin recorded 12 goals and three assists for a team-high 27 points, placing 24 shots on goal and converting more than 32 percent of his scoring chances. His breakout season established him as one of the conference's top young players.
Junior goalkeeper Isaac Swisher was recognized for his stellar work between the posts. Swisher played more than 1,200 minutes, collecting 99 saves while posting a 78.6 percent save percentage. His steady play and leadership anchored a Ballard defense that consistently kept opponents in check throughout the season.
Senior Grant Bartlett earned Second Team recognition for his contributions as a veteran leader. His experience and presence helped provide stability and leadership for a team that captured a conference title and made a deep postseason run.
Junior Caden Van Pelt was honored after another solid season. Van Pelt contributed a goal and an assist while providing versatility and reliability in multiple roles for the Bombers.
Junior Jason Badillo rounded out Ballard's Second Team selections. His efforts throughout the season helped strengthen a balanced Ballard squad that found success on both ends of the field.
Honorable Mention selection Nick Hiatt delivered one of the most productive seasons of his career. The junior scored seven goals and added two assists, finishing with 16 points while serving as a key playmaker and leader in the midfield.
Junior Hayden Neer also earned conference recognition after contributing one goal and two assists while helping the Bombers maintain consistency throughout the lineup.
