Strong Defense Leads Bombers To Win
Ballard Defeats #3 Indianola 3-1

The Ballard softball team picked up a non conference win over #3 Indianola on Tuesday night. Maggie Mortensen had a homerun and the Bomber defense and pitching shut down the Indians.
With the win, the Bombers improve to 3-0 (1-0) on the season.
The Bombers are back in action on Wednesday, June 1 when they travel to Center Point-Urbana in a nonconference contest. The junior varsity and varsity will play starting at 5:30 PM.
