Bombers Drop Extra Inning Affair To Tigers

HUXLEY, IA - In a thrilling Raccoon River Conference matchup at Gary Telford Field, #10 ADM defeated the Bombers 6-1 in a nine-inning showdown. The game, marked by strong pitching and tight defense, remained deadlocked at 1-1 through seven innings before the Tigers broke through in the ninth.
Ballard's record now stands at 3-6 (1-3) on the season.
The Bombers will look to rebound in their next game on Monday, June 3, when they host #5 Winterset. The junior varsity game is scheduled for 5:30 PM, followed by the varsity.
