Ballard Defeats Perry 59-25
The Ballard women's basketball team wrapped up the Raccoon River Conference title with a 59-25 over Perry Friday night in Huxley. The Bombers would get 21 points from Brooke Loewe. Loewe was 8 of 16 from the field. Josie Fleischmann, the only other Bomber to score in double digits, ended up with 10 points.
The Bombers finish out the last week of the regular season with games against Raccoon River Conference opponents Carroll (Tuesday), Perry (Thursday make-up), and Winterset (Friday).
With the win, the Bombers improve to 17-1 (11-0) on the season.
The Bombers are back in action on Tuesday, February 11 when they travel to Carroll in a Raccoon River Conference match-up. The women will tip off at 6:00 PM.
