Bio
Coach Mason Askelsen is thrilled to join the coaching staff, bringing his extensive wrestling background as a former state placer in high school and a wrestler at Division II Minnesota State University, Mankato. Wrestling has profoundly shaped who he is, and he is eager to give back to the sport that has played such a pivotal role in his life. Coach Askelsen’s goal is to help young wrestlers develop their skills, build mental resilience, and grow both on and off the mat.
