The Ballard women's soccer team completed a demanding stretch of back-to-back matches on Thursday and Friday, showing both offensive firepower and resilience as they moved to a 5-3-2 record on the season. The two game slate featured a lopsided win followed by a tightly contested draw.

Ballard opened the sequence in commanding fashion with a 10–0 victory over Central Iowa United.  Central Iowa United was overwhelmed from the opening whistle as Ballard built a 6–0 halftime lead and never let up.

The scoring was balanced but headlined by several standout performances:

• Senior forward Maci Harder delivered a dominant performance with 4 goals on 4 shots on goal, finishing at a perfect conversion rate.

• Freshman Alea Kinzenbaw added 3 goals, continuing a strong offensive season.

• Brooklyn Shoen chipped in 2 goals, while Grace Grundmeyer added another to round out the scoring.

Ballard controlled possession, generated consistent pressure, and turned nearly every quality chance into a goal, finishing with double-digit scoring in a complete team effort.

Just 24 hours later, Ballard returned to the pitch in a much tighter contest, earning a 2–2 draw against Newton in a physical and competitive match.
