The Ballard women's soccer team completed a demanding stretch of back-to-back matches on Thursday and Friday, showing both offensive firepower and resilience as they moved to a 5-3-2 record on the season. The two game slate featured a lopsided win followed by a tightly contested draw.
Ballard opened the sequence in commanding fashion with a 10–0 victory over Central Iowa United. Central Iowa United was overwhelmed from the opening whistle as Ballard built a 6–0 halftime lead and never let up.
